Selby’s Restaurant is one of the very few businesses within Atherton. Selby’s opened in 2019 as a sister restaurant to the revered Michelin-starred Village Pub in nearby Woodside. Selby’s is modeled after the glamorous Hollywood restaurants of the 1930s and 1940s with a menu of upscale specialties, including lobster Newburg, Black Label burgers, dry-aged ducks, prime-aged steaks, and flambé desserts prepared tableside.
